How to set StillQuote up, connect it to your company, get help, and answers to the questions contract distillers ask most.
Before you start
Have these handyThe first launch asks for your company name and a reference prefix (up to 6 letters or numbers, used on every quote and invoice number), then an optional logo, payment methods and email copies, then your rates. You can skip the rates and add them later under Settings, then Rate profiles. StillQuote ships with no prices built in, so every number is yours.
-
1
Run economics
Expected proof-gallon recovery (%), throughput (wine gallons an hour), regular hours per run, your overtime multiplier, and the slow-run throughput used for your minimum viable wholesale price.
-
2
Fees and rates
Handling per wine gallon and per proof gallon, utilities and labor per hour, the loss fee per proof gallon below your expected recovery, and your retail markup.
-
3
Bottling, if you bottle for clients
Materials cost per bottle, bottle size, bottling ABV and bottles per hour.
-
4
Nice to have
A default starting ABV for new quotes, overtime hours per run, and your quote validity, margin buffers and payment tolerance. Sensible defaults are built in.
Connect to your company
4 stepsStillQuote works on its own from the first launch. Connecting it to your company's StillSuite shares the quote book with your team and sends accepted jobs to StillReporting.
-
1
Get a setup code
In StillReporting, open Settings, then Mobile access, and add a device. Each code is for one device. If you can't open StillReporting, ask an owner at your company.
-
2
Open StillQuote
Go to the Settings tab, then StillSuite.
-
3
Scan or paste the code
Tap Scan setup code and point the camera at the code on screen, or Paste setup code if you copied it on the device.
-
4
Bring your quotes along
StillQuote pulls your company's book. Quotes you made before connecting can go up with Send existing quotes… on the same page; running it again changes nothing.

hello@stillsuite.onlineSend feedback from the app
In StillQuote, open Settings and tap Send feedback. Your message goes to the StillSuite team with your name. The device needs to be connected.
Ask your company
Your role, your company's rates and the shared quote book belong to your company. Ask an owner there about access, rates and records.
Questions
Does StillQuote work without signal?
Yes. Quoting, invoicing and PDFs all work offline. Changes wait on the device and sync when you're back online.
To sync right away, open Settings, then StillSuite, and tap Sync now.
Why can't I edit a colleague's quote?
Everyone at your company sees every quote and invoice, but each person edits their own. Owners can edit any of them, and owners and Accounting can record payments on any invoice.
The setup code isn't accepted.
The code has to be a StillSuite setup code that includes StillQuote, from StillReporting under Settings, then Mobile access. A code made only for StillSales won't work; ask an owner to check that your role includes StillQuote, then get a new code.
How do I email a quote?
Open the quote and tap Email. It opens in your own Mail account, with the PDF attached, for you to send. If it says Mail isn't set up, add an account in the device's Settings app, or use Share to send the PDF another way.
When the device is connected, the email also carries a link where your client can accept or decline the quote online.
I used the StillQuote web app. How do I bring my data across?
Export a .stillquote backup from the web app, move it to the device, then open Settings, then Backups & export. Merge from file… adds the quotes, invoices and clients you don't have yet. Import from file… replaces everything on the device and is only available while the device isn't connected.
Where are my backups?
StillQuote saves a backup once a day and keeps the last 14 on the device, under Settings, then Backups & export. When the device is connected, your company's StillSuite also keeps the shared book.
How do I remove my data from this device?
Open Settings, then StillSuite, and tap Disconnect and erase this phone's book. It removes the quotes, invoices, clients, company details, rates and backups from the device. Your company's copy on StillSuite stays; ask your company about that.
Disconnect this device, on the same page, only stops syncing and keeps everything on the device.
